Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Fulfilment begins within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Timeframes

United States: 5–7 business days
Australia: 5–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Shipping Notes

Some orders may ship from one of our international warehouses, depending on stock availability.
If customs processing causes any delays, we’ll keep you updated.
Deliveries may require a signature. If you prefer, you can arrange “Authority to Leave” directly with the carrier.
Free shipping is available once your order meets the minimum spend threshold, which is clearly displayed on our site and at checkout.
