We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right. This policy explains how Earthbless LLC handles cancellations, returns, refunds, and damaged goods. Our goal is to make the process fair, clear, and straightforward.


Cancellations Prior to Shipment

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@earthbless.com or call us at +1-302-600-1202

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, the request will be handled under our standard return policy.


Peace of Mind Refund – First-Time Purchase Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any single product.

  • If you try one of our products and it’s not for you, simply notify us within 30 days of delivery.
  • No return necessary — you can keep the product.

  • To receive your refund, we’ll send you a short questionnaire by email. Just reply with your answers, and we’ll process your refund right away.

This guarantee applies only to a single unit of a product on your first purchase. Bundles, multiple-item orders, or repeat purchases are covered under the standard return policy.


Standard Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. To qualify:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • You must contact us before returning any item to confirm the correct return address

To start a return, email us at info@earthbless.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and your reason for return.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Note the damage with the delivery carrier if possible

  • Take photos of the damage, packaging, and product

  • Email us at info@earthbless.com within 24 hours of delivery with a description and visual evidence

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate. Claims received after 24 hours may not be eligible.


Return Shipping

  • We cover return shipping only when the product is:

    • Damaged on arrival

    • Defective

    • Incorrect due to our error

  • For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds are returned to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
