Our Returns Commitment
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right. This policy explains how Earthbless handles cancellations, returns, refunds, and damaged goods. Our goal is to make the process fair, clear, and straightforward.
Cancellations Prior to Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@earthbless.com
- If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund.
- Once the order has been dispatched, the request will be handled under our standard return policy.
Standard Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products, we’re unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used items
To be eligible for a return (where applicable):
- The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
- You must contact us before returning any item
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
To start a return, email us at info@earthbless.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and your reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Note the damage with the delivery carrier if possible
- Take photos of the damage, packaging, and product
- Email us at info@earthbless.com within 24 hours of delivery with a description and visual evidence
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate. Claims received after 24 hours may not be eligible.
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping only when the product is:
- Damaged on arrival
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our error
For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds are returned to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
