Billing Terms and Conditions

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us. At our sole discretion, we may restrict orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, or using the same billing and/or shipping address.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed with Earthbless. It is your responsibility to keep your account details and payment information updated so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.


Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include applicable sales tax based on your shipping address.

  • We accept the following secure payment methods:

    • Visa, MasterCard, American Express

    • PayPal

    • Google Pay / Apple Pay

  • Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.


Billing Errors & Declined Payments

If your credit card is declined, or if we identify an error in billing, we will attempt to contact you for updated payment information. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about your order or payment, please contact us directly at info@earthbless.com so we can resolve it promptly.

Unauthorized or unsubstantiated chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of your account or future ordering privileges

  • Recovery action to reclaim outstanding funds

  • Reporting to third-party collection agencies if required
